These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website (https://aeondetailing.ca) and the mobile detailing services (“Services”) provided by Aeon Detailing Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, using our website, or contacting us through our platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Aeon Detailing offers mobile vehicle detailing services at customer-provided locations within our designated service area. Services may include interior detailing, exterior washing, paint protection, and ceramic coatings, among others.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or vehicle for reasons including but not limited to safety, inaccessibility, or inappropriate conduct.

• Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through our website, phone, or approved third-party platforms.
   
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   
• No-Shows: Failure to be present at the time and location of service may result in forfeiture of the appointment and applicable fees.
   

• Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions not covered under the selected service.
   
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept secure online payments and major credit/debit cards.
   
• Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
   

By booking a service, the customer agrees to:

• Provide access to the vehicle and ensure it is legally parked and safe to work on
   
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle
   
• Ensure access to a driveway, parking space, or suitable location for mobile service
   
• Notify us in advance of any known issues with the vehicle (e.g., electrical problems, leaks)
   

• We make every effort to provide the highest level of detailing service. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.
   
• Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle.
   
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from poor vehicle condition.
   

Aeon Detailing is fully insured and takes great care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
   
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services
   
• Any damage caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., environmental factors, customer negligence)
   

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Aeon Detailing and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
