Refund Policy

 

At Aeon Detailing Inc. , customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our mobile services, we operate under the following refund policy:


Services Rendered

All detailing services are final once completed. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been rendered unless there is clear evidence of negligence or incomplete work on our part.


Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
     
  • In the case of prepaid packages or gift cards, no refunds will be given, but credit may be transferred to another customer or applied to future services upon request.
     

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.


Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund, touch-up service, or service credit at our discretion.


 

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver a top-tier detailing experience every time.

If you're not satisfied with the results of your service, please reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. This may include:

  • A free touch-up or correction
     
  • A partial service credit for future use
     

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations (e.g., full stain or scratch removal), or conditions outside our control such as weather or road debris after service.
