All detailing services are final once completed. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been rendered unless there is clear evidence of negligence or incomplete work on our part.
Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund, touch-up service, or service credit at our discretion.
